Why a specialist, not a generalist

These are scarce languages. There is no DPSI pathway for most of them, and documents move between Latin and Cyrillic scripts across decades of Soviet and post-Soviet administration. Generalist agencies route them through hundred-language menus with no court-ready bench strength. We don’t — this defined set is all we do.

We read the original

Soviet-era civil registry, military booklets, court rulings, religious certificates (nikoh, talok), CIS diplomas and transcripts — translated from source, never back-translated or machine-passed.

Court- and Home-Office-ready

Certification, page numbering, completeness (stamps, seals, marginalia) and translator details match what UKVI caseworkers and HMCTS panels expect.

Named accountability

Every Certificate of Accuracy carries a real signature on company letterhead — not an anonymous agency stamp or an AI disclaimer.

COI source translation

We source and translate Country of Origin material — local press, court rulings, government notices, NGO reports — for your COI specialist or counsel to use. We translate the sources; we do not write opinion or analysis.

Send your documents

Individuals: photograph each page on your phone and send it on WhatsApp. Firms: encrypted email, secure transfer or your own file-sharing portal, after a signed DPA.

Fixed price first

We confirm the page count, a fixed price and a completion time in writing. Nothing begins, and nothing is payable, until you accept it.

Translated and certified

Translated by our UK-based ITI Affiliate linguist and quality-checked to the ISO 17100 translate–revise–check workflow, then issued with a Certificate of Accuracy on company letterhead, signed and dated. If a Home Office or Tribunal rejection is attributable to translation quality, we re-issue at no cost.

Every certified translation follows the translate–revise–check workflow and is quality-checked before delivery. The Certificate of Accuracy is signed and dated on company letterhead.

Your documents stay yours

Documents are used for the translation and nothing else, never shared outside the company, and deleted for good on request. For firms we execute a UK GDPR Article 28 Data Processing Agreement before any transfer.

UK-based, not outsourced

All certified work is carried out by our UK-based ITI Affiliate translator. We do not subcontract certified work to overseas agencies.

Secure transfer
